Thrifty Threads: midi me

Jul 13, 2012

the Midi skirt.
The not mini, not maxi skirt skirt.
I happen to adore it.

It brings me back to the 40's
(b.c I was alive then)
with its look of femininity and class.

So...as soon as I saw this new midi trend I made my own version & sported it for your viewing pleasure...

the outfit

Pop of Chic feather clutch (~$40)
Forever21 accessories (~$5/each)
H&M top (oldie)
Walmart black belt ($10)
Goodwill old lady dress turned into a midi skirt, made by me ($4.99)
Target grey wedge ($19.99)

The  darling clutch was a pleasure to carry. It added that little bit of oomph to the outfit.
ps. look out for a giveaway next week ;)
