Motherhood makes everything more interesting.

We took my dad and step-mum to Freedom Park, right outside uptown Charlotte. 

We sat on a blanket in the grass and ate. A lot. It's all I seem to be doing right now actually.

I think I've gained about 10 lbs since the their arrival.

Maddie Moo also managed to dump an entire bag of Cheetos on the blanket and continue to eat them.

Aside from this Wayfarer pair, I have some cat eye's from Coastal which I adore.

Both are that little bit of style punch I need. 

I have also found them to be quite durable (see above pic).

Moo has grabbed them, thrown them and even attempted to eat them...

yet, they are still in perfect condition.
